Privacy & your choices

MBA Compass · Updated 28 October 2026

Your student workspace

We process your account and profile details, bookings, interview transcripts, performance reports and documents you submit to provide interview practice, reviews and student support. AI processing uses OpenAI. Account data and private files are held in Lovable Cloud, and purchases use Razorpay. Transactional emails are sent through Lovable’s email service.

Camera and microphone

Live audio is sent to OpenAI for the conversation and transcription. Camera analysis runs in your browser; aggregated observations are saved, not webcam video. Microphone signal analysis saves aggregated measurements, not recordings. Camera observations are not used to infer personality, honesty or emotions.

Advertising measurement

Meta Pixel is not currently active on this page. If enabled later, this notice and your advertising choices will govern sharing with Meta for website measurement and ad optimisation. Ordinary Pixel data can include page URLs, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. Interview answers, resumes, SOP content and student performance scores must not be sent as advertising event data. Customer matching and server uploads are not enabled.

Consent and withdrawal

The selected advertising setup uses a banner in regions requiring consent, including when region detection is unavailable. No advertising tracking will run there before acceptance. Rejection is as easy as acceptance. When tracking is activated, Cookie settings will let you withdraw at any time; previous acceptance evidence will be retained alongside that withdrawal. Consent records must identify the visitor, time, notice version and advertising choice. Applicable opt-outs will also be honoured outside these regions.

Until a Pixel is selected and configured, no advertising cookies are set by MBA Compass and no advertising choice is requested.
